Acceptance of orders
All orders are subject to our right of acceptance and as such we can choose not to accept an order.
We guarantee to treat all the details of your order with absolute confidentiality and your purchases will be delivered in discreet packaging, without reference to the contents. The package will be sent in the name of Crueza Unipessoal Lda.
When shopping online at THE CRU STORE you can choose between various secure and discreet payment options. Online payments will appear on your financial records as either Crueza or Crueza Unipessoal Lda. without any reference to BAR CRU or THE CRU STORE. We offer the following payment options.
Debit or Credit Card. Apple Pay. Google Pay: You can pay online by credit / debit card & Apple/Google Pay via an automatic link to our 3rd party payment processing company Fibonatix. After clicking ´Place Order´ you will be redirected automatically to the Fibonatix payment screen in order to complete payment.
Pagamento de Serviços no Multibanco (MB). MBWay. Payshop: These payment options are only available to clients with Portuguese bank accounts. After selecting your preferred payment option, and clicking ´Place order´, you will be sent an order confirmation email with payment instructions. Please note your order will be cancelled if we do not receive proof of payment within 7 days of the order date.
Direct bank transfer: You can pay online by sending a direct transfer to our bank account. Beneficiary name: Crueza Unipessoal Lda. IBAN: PT50003509360004646693098. SWIFT/BIC CGDIPTPL. After selecting your preferred payment option, and clicking ´Place order´, you will be sent an order confirmation email with payment instructions and confirmation of the bank details. After making the payment, please send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of payment and order number. Please note your order will be cancelled if we do not receive proof of payment within 7 days of the order date. Please contact us if you wish to make alternative arrangements.
Pay at the cru store: You can pay & collect your order at our physical shop in Bar Cru, where you can pay by cash, debit or credit card. Please note your order will be cancelled if we do not receive payment within 7 days of the order date, unless otherwise otherwise agreed. Please contact us if you wish to make alternative arrangements. The cru store is located inside Bar Cru, Rua de São Marçal 170, 1200-423, Lisbon. We are open every day from 17h-02h.
When you make an order online, you can choose to collect your order at our physical shop inside Bar Cru (Local Pick up – Lisbon), or request delivery by registered post. (CTT/Courier).
If you want to pick up your order from the cru store, you can either pay online or pay when you come to collect your order. We will send you an email to confirm when your order is ready for collection. To collect your purchase you must bring your order confirmation, personal identification and, if applicable, proof of purchase. Any unpaid orders not collected within 7 days will be cancelled unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us if you wish to make alternative arrangements.
The cru store is located inside Bar Cru, Rua de São Marçal 170, 1200-423, Lisbon. We are open every day from 17h-02h.
Your order will be delivered by CTT registered post or via third party courier company. Your purchase will be sent using plain, discreet packaging, without publicity or reference to the contents. The name of the sender will be displayed as Crueza Lda or Crueza Unipessoal Lda. As soon as your order has been sent for delivery, we will send you email confirmation including the tracking number so that you can follow your order. Orders containing more than one product may be delivered in separate packages. We will send you tracking confirmation emails for each delivery.
We offer the following delivery deadlines: Within Portugal (3-5 working days). International (5-10 working days). Our delivery costs are priced according to the weight of the items ordered, in accordance with the standard prices set by CTT.
We do not accept responsibility for problems to the delivery caused by CTT or third party courier company, but we will do our best to try help if any problem should arise – please do not hesitate to contact us.
Deliveries outside the EU could be subject to customs duties or taxes in the country of destination. Whilst we will ensure your purchase is shipped appropriately, we cannot control nor take responsibility for any processes, delays, losses or costs arising in the country of destination. These are the responsibility of the client.
Crueza Unipessoal Lda. operates in accordance with Portuguese law, selling products therein authorised, and therefore is not responsible for any purchases opened, lost or seized by courier services or customs authorities in the destination country.
Crueza Unipessoal Lda. is not responsible in any circumstance for the sale and delivery of products or services that are prohibited or illegal in the destination country. The client is responsible for being aware of the legislation of the destination country and is responsible for any customs or legal infraction arising in the destination country.
In the event that the product you purchased is unavailable we will contact you by email to offer possible substitute products or to agree a refund.
Orders that remain unpaid after 7 days will be automatically cancelled by our system, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with you purchase.
In the event of any problem, please contact us in order that we can help to resolve the issue quickly.
You can return or exchange purchased products within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:
– Products must be ‘as-new’: unused, undamaged and in the original, undamaged packaging;
– For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of sexual products that have been removed from their packaging, including for example: dildos, cockrings, etc:
– In the event of exchanges, the client is responsible for any associated transport costs.
Valid refunds will be made within 15 working days (generally less) of receipt of the returned product and the client’s refund payment instructions.
We aim to ensure that all goods are shipped in perfect condition, However in the event that a product is defective the client will be offered an equivalent alternative product, or a credit note of equal value, valid in our shop, provided that the defective product is returned whiten 60 days of purchase.
This guarantee does not apply if the defect has resulted from incorrect use of the product, normal wear & tear, or inappropriate treatment including damage to latex, rubber, silicone and neoprene caused by sharp objects or oils.
We cannot be held responsible for problems or delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
